From a single screen, you can monitor today’s order activity, revenue, shipping performance, account balance, and business trends across your connected sales channels.
The Dashboard is designed to help you quickly assess the health of your business without navigating through multiple pages.
Opening the Dashboard
To view the Dashboard:
- Sign in to Connect2Cart.
- Click Dashboard from the left navigation menu.
The Dashboard automatically updates as orders are imported, shipments are processed, and account activity occurs.
Today’s Activity
The summary cards at the top of the Dashboard provide an at a glance view of your current business activity.
Today’s Orders
Displays the total number of orders imported into Connect2Cart today.
Use this metric to verify that orders are being successfully imported from your connected sales channels.
Orders Awaiting Shipment
Displays the number of orders currently waiting to be shipped.
This provides a quick indication of your current fulfillment workload.
Today’s Shipped Orders
Displays the number of orders shipped today.
This metric updates as shipping labels are created and shipments are processed.
Today’s Revenue
Displays the total sales value of orders imported today across all connected marketplaces and shopping carts.
USPS Shipping Savings
Displays the estimated postage savings generated over the past 30 days by using Connect2Cart’s USPS commercial shipping rates instead of standard retail postage rates.

12 Month Revenue by Channel
This chart compares monthly sales across each connected marketplace or shopping cart during the past twelve months.
Use this report to:

Displays your best selling products based on recent order activity.

The Spend chart displays recent shipping expenses over the selected reporting period.

Shipment Volume
Displays the total number of shipments processed during the past seven days.
This chart provides a visual representation of daily shipping activity.
Shipments by Method
Displays the shipping services used during the selected reporting period.
