Use this checklist to prepare your Connect2Cart account before shipping your first order.
Most users can complete this process in 15–30 minutes.
Step 1 – Complete Your Company Profile
Configure your business information, including:
- Company name
- Business address
- Phone number
- Company website
- Company logo
Your company logo may be displayed on invoices, shipment tracking pages, and customer email templates.

Step 2 – Add a Warehouse
Create at least one warehouse location.
Your warehouse determines the Ship From address that appears on shipping labels and is used when calculating carrier rates.
If you only ship from one location, create a single warehouse and mark it as your default warehouse.

Step 3 – Configure Billing
Before purchasing shipping labels, configure a payment method.
Supported payment methods include:
- Credit Card
- ACH (approved accounts only)
You’ll also choose your replenishment amount so Connect2Cart can automatically maintain your shipping balance.

Step 4 – Select Your Service Plan
Choose the service plan that best matches your expected shipping volume.
You can change your service plan later if your shipping needs change.

Step 5 – Connect Your Sales Channels
Connect each marketplace or shopping cart that will import orders into Connect2Cart.
Examples include:
- Shopify
- Amazon
- eBay
- Walmart
- Etsy
Once connected, orders will begin importing automatically.

Step 6 – Connect Your Shipping Carriers
Configure the carriers you plan to use.
Examples include:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Amazon Shipping
Each carrier only needs to be configured once.
Step 7 – Install Printer Bridge (Recommended)
Printer Bridge enables unattended label printing directly to your local printer.
Benefits include:
- Print directly to thermal printers
- Support for ZPL labels
- No browser print dialogs
- No PDF viewer required
- Faster shipping workflow
Printer Bridge is recommended for all users.

Step 8 – Configure Your Default Printer
After installing Printer Bridge:
- Select your default shipping label printer.
- Verify Printer Bridge is running.
- Print a test label.
Step 9 – Ship Your First Order
Once setup is complete:
- Import an order
- Open the order
- Verify the shipping address
- Purchase a shipping label
- Print the label
- Verify tracking uploads successfully
