Connect Amazon Marketplace

Overview

Connect2Cart integrates directly with Amazon Seller Central using Amazon’s Selling Partner API (SP-API). Once connected, Connect2Cart automatically imports new orders and synchronizes shipment information with your Amazon seller account.

The setup process only takes a few minutes and requires authorization through Amazon Seller Central.

Before You Begin

Before connecting your Amazon account, verify that:

  • You have an active Amazon Seller Central account.
  • You have administrator access to the seller account.
  • You know which Amazon marketplaces you sell in.
  • Your browser allows pop-up windows.

Step 1: Open Incoming Channels

From the left navigation menu, select:

Channels → Incoming Channels

The Incoming Channels page displays all available marketplace integrations.

Click Amazon to begin creating a new Amazon channel.

After authorization is complete, Amazon automatically redirects you back to Connect2Cart.

Connection Complete

Once authorization has been completed successfully, your Amazon marketplace is connected to Connect2Cart.

New orders will begin importing automatically within the next few moments. No additional configuration is required.

If you have existing unshipped Amazon orders, they may also be imported depending on your account’s import settings.

Troubleshooting

The Authenticate button does nothing

Verify that your browser is not blocking pop-up windows.

Amazon sign in page does not appear

Confirm that your browser allows pop-up windows and that you have an active internet connection.

Authentication failed

Verify that you signed into the correct Amazon Seller Central account and approved all requested permissions.

If the problem persists, remove the Amazon channel and repeat the connection process.

Orders are not appearing

New orders are imported automatically after the connection has been established. Depending on your account activity, the initial synchronization may take several minutes to complete.

If orders still do not appear after several minutes, verify that the marketplace was selected correctly during setup.
