Orders
Orders are imported automatically from your connected sales channels.
Each order contains:
- Customer information
- Shipping address
- Order items
- Shipping method
- Order totals
Orders move through different stages during fulfillment, such as Awaiting Shipment and Shipped.
Sales Channels
A sales channel is where your customers place orders.
Examples include:
- Shopify
- Amazon
- eBay
- Walmart
- Etsy
Connect2Cart continuously checks your connected channels for new orders.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping carriers are the services used to purchase shipping labels.
Examples include:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
- Amazon Shipping
Connect2Cart compares available shipping services and allows you to purchase labels directly from the Order Details page.
Warehouses
Warehouses represent the physical locations where your orders are shipped from.
Each warehouse contains:
- Company information
- Return address
- Contact information
The selected warehouse is used when calculating shipping rates and creating labels.
Users
Users are individuals who can log in to your Connect2Cart account.
Each user has their own:
- Username
- Password
- Printer preferences
- Label format
- Printer Bridge configuration
Printer Bridge
Printer Bridge is a lightweight application that connects Connect2Cart to your local printers.
It enables:
- Silent label printing
- Thermal printer support
- ZPL printing
- Faster fulfillment workflows
Payment Balance
Shipping labels are purchased using your Connect2Cart account balance.
When your balance reaches the replenishment threshold, Connect2Cart automatically adds funds using your active payment method.
Transactions
Every charge, refund, replenishment, and billing event is recorded in Transaction History.
This provides a complete record of all activity affecting your account balance.
Shipment History
Shipment History contains a searchable record of every shipping label created through Connect2Cart.
It can be used to locate shipments, review tracking numbers, and audit shipping activity.
