Overview
Connect2Cart provides multiple ways to quickly locate the orders you need.
You can:
- Use the predefined order views in the navigation menu.
- Search for a specific order.
- Apply filters to narrow your results.
- Combine searches and filters to locate exactly the orders you’re looking for.
Using the Order Views
The left navigation menu organizes orders by their current status.
Available views include:
- Awaiting Payment
- Awaiting Shipment
- Shipped
- Cancelled
- All
Selecting one of these views automatically displays only the orders matching that status.
For example:
Selecting Awaiting Shipment displays only orders that are ready to be shipped.
Searching for Orders
Use the Search Orders box at the top of the page to quickly locate orders.
Enter your search term, then click Search Orders.
Depending on the information available, you can search using values such as:
- Order Number
- Customer Name
- SKU
- Tracking Number
- Other order information
Search results are displayed immediately in the order list.
Using Advanced Filters
If you need to narrow your results further, use the Advanced Filters section.
Available filters include:
Order Date Range
Display orders created within a specific date range.
Customer Name
Search for orders belonging to a particular customer.
Store / Source
Limit results to orders from a specific marketplace or shopping cart.
Destination
Display orders based on their shipping destination.
Tags
Show only orders containing a specific tag.
Quick Date Filters
Quickly filter orders using common date ranges without manually entering dates.
Show Entries
Choose how many orders are displayed on each page.
Combining Searches and Filters
Searches and filters work together.
For example, you can:
- View Awaiting Shipment orders
- Filter to Shopify
- Search for a specific customer
- Limit results to orders placed during the last 30 days
Using multiple filters makes it easy to locate exactly the orders you’re looking for.
Clearing Filters
To remove all search criteria and return to the default order view, click Reset Filters.
Tips
- Start by selecting the appropriate order view from the navigation menu.
- Use the Search box when you know what you’re looking for.
- Use Advanced Filters when working with large numbers of orders.
- Combine multiple filters to narrow your results even further.
