Connecting Your WooCommerce Store
Overview
Connect2Cart integrates directly with WooCommerce using the WooCommerce REST API. Once connected, Connect2Cart will automatically begin importing new orders from your WooCommerce store and will keep shipment tracking and fulfillment status synchronized.
The setup process only takes a few minutes and only needs to be completed once.

Step 2: Configure the API Key

- No additional configuration is required for order imports or shipment updates.
Troubleshooting
Unable to Connect
Verify that:
- The Website URL includes https://
- The Consumer Key was copied correctly.
- The Consumer Secret was copied correctly.
- The API Key has Read/Write permissions.
Orders Are Not Importing
If the connection was recently created, allow a few minutes for the initial synchronization to begin.
If orders still do not appear:
- Verify the API key is still active.
- Confirm the API permissions are set to Read/Write.
- Verify the connection status in Connect2Cart is Connected.
Lost Your Consumer Secret
WooCommerce only displays the Consumer Secret when the key is first generated.
If you no longer have it:

- Create a new API key.
- Update the credentials in Connect2Cart.
